Since 2005, each year at the AGM the Badgers Golf Society elects it's Captain based upon the best score averaged across the four previous golf outings. To date we have had the following Captains;

2009 - 2010; John Pye

2008 - 2009; Eugenio Caruso

2007 - 2008; Richard Maggs

2006 - 2007; Simon Tuson

2005 - 2006; Mike Stone

The reward for achieving the rank of Badger Captain is to be the holder of the Badgers Head trophy......

It is traditional for the Captain to hold an invitational Captains Day at the course of their choice (traditional since Simon did it anyway!!).  Each Captain also gets to nominate a charity of their choice for whom the society will support during their year in office.
